I have both SR and Lead SW Engineer roles for Capital One hybrid in Mclean. This manager has recently hired someone from us. .

Lead Developer – 70-80 hour. candidate rate

Senior Developer- 65- 70 hour.candidate rate

Corp to Corp and h1 friendly: Yes, if former COF Capital One contractor

• Consumer identity group
• Manage services for consumer facing apps, mission critical back-end applications. Primarily orchestration
• Modernizing app from AWS gen2 to AWS gen3
• Rotational pager duty, distributed across all team members to support production
• Java, Springboot and python
  • Most microservices are built on Chassis framework (java/springboot)
  • Python used for adhoc processes using Lambdas
  • AWS: Dynamo DB (critical); migrating from AWS gen2 to gen 3 (step functions, SMS, S3, IAM policies, Lambdas, etc)
• 12+ years minimum experience
• Former Capital One experience is required.
