• Permitting Licensing formerly EnerGov implementation Implementation of these initiatives aim at streamlining functions optimizing service delivery reducing administrative inefficiencies and strengthening plans review and enforcement measures Specifically the consultant will be responsible for transitioning legacy systems into EnerGov ensuring data integrity and validation throughout the migration process Consultant will also assist in supporting and developing data loading tools and integrations with other systems C and NET Development Strong experience with C NET Framework andor NET CoreNET 8 for web application development Familiarity with ASPNET MVC Blazer Web API or equivalent frameworks DatabaseReporting Skills Proficiency with Oracle PLSQL for writing packages procedures triggers and queries Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server MSSQL including T SQL queries schema design and optimization Experience creating and maintaining SSRS SQL Server Reporting Services and Power Bl reports and dashboards DevOps &
