Java API Developer - Spring, PL/SQL, Azure

Requirements

Must have:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field - Over 7 years of practical experience in software development - Proficient in developing API-based solutions utilizing JAVA Spring Boot - Experienced in database development across various platforms (Oracle required), including stored procedures (PL/SQL required) and ETL tools - Advanced knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, with a focus on Java - In-depth understanding of relational database design and data modeling - Strong background in cloud computing, particularly with public cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure - Familiar with WS product offerings and integration methodologies across different record keepers is advantageous - Effective in presenting and articulating ideas and solutions to stakeholders - Exceptional influencing and negotiation abilities; demonstrated skill in navigating a matrix organization

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain high-quality software engineering products and solutions to support our Employer Servicing and Integration Product teams and the wider domain - Lead the implementation of complex technology solutions across various teams to achieve business objectives - Collaborate with numerous stakeholders to ensure clarity in requirements, architecture, and design - Share insights and expertise within and outside our teams, aligning our work with established objectives and guidelines - Design metadata-driven, end-to-end systems and solutions that allow for highly customizable products to rapidly enter new markets
