Our client is currently seeking a Java Designer/Developer to support the Field Compensation solutions. They are expanding service to all areas of business. This position will be accountable for designing, developing and supporting a variety of software applications. It will entail working with new and existing systems on numerous application and database platforms, primarily Java.
Java Core Knowledge (2+ years' experience):
Spring MVC Design, Controller Design, JSON Request/Response Design; Spring Design Boot, Data JPA, Integration.
Microservices architecture using Spring Boot.
Application design and development experience using Java for web-based solutions.
Experience with Docker, OpenShift, and RabbitMQ.
Experience working within an Agile framework (ideally Scrum) and JIRA.
AWS Cloud.
Message Queue Experience (RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, etc.).
SQL Server, Oracle & DB2 Knowledge
Atlassian Toolset Experience (Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira).
Event Driven Architecture and Integration Design.
