Job Responsibilities:

Client is developing new features to outdoor roadway lighting for street lights commands. They are looking for a strong

JAVA developer with experience working on large scale production Apps with hundreds of thousands of end points.

Consultant will receive customer spec and handle integration work. There will also be light interaction with technical customers and some database work, i.e. writing database queries. Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter.

Proven record of design and development of customer facing applications Experience developing production software using Agile methodology Experience developing and consuming RESTful web services Experience with HTML, CSS or JavaScript Experience with Model View Controller (MVC) Experience with Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) Experience with Object Relational Mapping (ORMs) Expert in Java/JEE Experience working with application servers (Apache Tomcat is preferred) Strong working knowledge of Linux/UNIX operating systems Must be a highly motivated team player with the ability to balance and manage multiple priorities Prior exposure to a wide breadth of technology Knowledge of JSF, AngularJS and Google APIs
