Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues and develop high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features and products.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Java code, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the team's overall coding quality.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure software reliability and quality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
• Participate in the planning, estimation, and execution of projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements and provide status updates.
• Identify and mitigate technical debt, ensuring the team's codebase remains maintainable and scalable.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on object-oriented programming.
• Proficiency in Java 8 and above, with experience in Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, principles, and software architecture.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues and provide creative solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Technical Skills & Experience

• Java 8 and above, with experience in Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
• Experience with design patterns, principles, and software architecture.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with source control management tools, such as Git or SVN.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization tools, such as Docker.
• Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python, with a focus on data science or machine learning.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
