API support and maintenance of RESTful APIs and microservices.
Collaboration with development teams to resolve deep code bugs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing cloud-native Java applications and microservices.

Role and Responsibilities:

A Java and AWS Support Engineer troubleshoots, maintains, and optimizes cloud-native Java applications and microservices running on Amazon Web Services. This role resolves complex production incidents, analyzes thread dumps, manages CI/CD pipelines, and ensures high availability and performance across distributed enterprise architectures.
