Location: Mountain View, CA- Onsite

Terms: Long Term Contract

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Engineer with strong experience in Java 21 or above and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining scalable backend applications and cloud-based services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Java 21+.
• Build scalable and reliable backend services and APIs.
• Develop and deploy applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Follow best practices for application security, code quality, and system reliability.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Java 21 or newer versions.
• Solid experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of backend development, object-oriented programming, and REST APIs.
• Experience with application development, debugging, and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon EC2 for deploying and managing applications.
• Familiarity with Amazon MSK (Managed Streaming for Apache Kafka).
• Understanding of event-driven architecture and distributed systems.
