• *About the Role**

We are looking for a

• *Java Developer with Crypto experience**

to join our Crypto Services team. You will help internal developers onboard to complex cryptographic services, improve internal tooling, and enhance documentation to enable developer success. This role combines

• *backend Java development**

with

• *applied cryptography**

and developer enablement.

• *Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Java-based services integrating cryptographic applications (HSM, encryption, key management).
• Identify and remove friction points for developers onboarding to Crypto Services.
• Create and refine technical documentation, self-service resources, and internal tooling.
• Guide teams on secure coding practices, design patterns, and protocol integration.
• Monitor and triage issues, collaborating with engineering teams to resolve them.
• Measure and report key success metrics to drive process improvements.
• Support integration of Crypto Services into frameworks, workflows, and distributed systems.
• *Required Qualifications
• Proficiency in
• *Java**

(including software architecture, API design, and debugging).

• Experience with
• *cryptographic concepts**

, encryption/decryption, PKI, or mTLS.

• Experience with observability and monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana).
• Strong communication skills for technical guidance and documentation.
• Proactive, self-starter with strong systems thinking.
• *Preferred Qualifications
• Developer enablement experience (tooling, documentation, onboarding automation).
• Experience with Go, Python, or Shell scripting.
• Previous experience in platform engineering or developer tools.
• Exposure to regulated or privacy-sensitive environments.
• Contributions to self-service platforms, developer portals, or automation frameworks.
