Java Developer (Ex-Google Preferred)

Quebec Solution Inc is seeking an experienced Java Developer for a long-term opportunity in San Jose, California. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java development, backend systems, and enterprise application development, with a preference for those who have previously worked at Google.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Java code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Contribute to system design and architecture discussions

Skills

• 7–8 years of Java development experience
• Strong experience with Core Java and backend development
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Knowledge of Spring / Spring Boot frameworks
• Experience working with SQL / NoSQL databases
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Previous experience working at Google
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
