Are you ready to build high-performance distributed systems at scale? We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to drive the evolution of enterprise-grade microservices and cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Kubernetes. This is a punchy, high-impact role where you will design reusable frameworks and mentor junior talent within a fast-paced Agile environment.

• *The Role
• Lead the design and development of scalable Microservices using Java & Spring Boot, ensuring clean, efficient, and performance-tuned code.
• Architect and implement reusable frameworks for environment management and technical standard integration.
• Drive Agile planning and estimation, breaking down complex requirements into executable technical tasks.
• Mentor junior team members, conduct technical interviews, and provide high-level guidance on complex issue resolution.
• Collaborate with QA analysts and cross-functional stakeholders to align systems planning with business-critical timelines.
• *What You'll Need
• 5+ years of heavyweight experience in Java/J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate with a focus on performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Deep technical expertise in Microservices architecture and container orchestration platforms including Kubernetes, ECS, and OpenShift.
• Proven track record in UI development using JavaScript and Angular; experience with Figma is a significant plus.
• Strong architectural mindset with the ability to design solutions incorporating the latest tech advancements.
