Technical/Functional Skills The employee will: Accumulate and codify in-depth knowledge of the client’s business processes and design software solutions that best fit their business needs. Collaborate with other developers, testers and analysts to assign complexity scores and establish estimates for development and testing of applications. Develop / write SDLC and process improvement artifacts and convert them to accepted policies and procedures.

Employ agile SDLC processes to actively engage stakeholders, prototype solutions, and fully implement J2EE/mobile applications that meet client expectations. Hands-on development, test, and implementation of software solutions to address defects, enhancements, data changes, and data migrations. Participate in peer review, test and production readiness review sessions of application code and SDLC artifacts with appropriate stakeholders.
