- Bachelor's degree and ten (10) years of relevant work experience
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Minimum 5 years of experience with J2EE, Apache Struts2 framework, Spring Framework, jQuery JavaScript, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Java Development Kit, Apache HTTP Server, Apache Tomcat, JSP, Microsoft SQL Server, jQuery, Bootstrap, Windows Server, SiteMinder, WebSphere, Maven, Git/Bitbucket, J2EE security, CI/CD
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience with React or Angular
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience with two or more of the following frameworks/technologies: JPA/Hibernate, SOA and web service technologies, Struts framework, Spring Framework, and web development (HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS, Custom Tags)
- Ability to contribute to design and architecture discussions
- Experience in creating design/technical documentation
- Experience in different application servers
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and tools (such as Version One, Rally, or JIRA)
- Extensive knowledge of UX principles, design patterns, application and integration architectures.
- Section 508 compliance requirements with web applications
