Java Developer

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client seeking a remote Java Developer to join their team. The main workstream this person will be focused on is a major management system as well as a specific team. The team is the main focus and they house all the data behind every transaction as well as kick start where the order takes place and sits.

This team is in the process of retiring multiple systems and migrating their services over to a pricing engine. This will all be Java 21 , Springboot, Elastic Search, Cassandra and GCP along with other tools and with a mix of ML and data. They are seeking someone who is a strong communicator, problem solver, understands AI and can critique AI code.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of Java experience (21 )

Expertise in Springboot

Strong in cloud

• Ability to communicate/collaborate with stakeholders in a fast-paced agile environment
• Strong problem solver with a proactive approach
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
