Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Java Development to design develop and maintain scalable Java applications within an Agile environment

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java and related frameworks within the Java Development skill family
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver robust and efficient software solutions
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirement analysis design coding testing and deployment
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices to produce high quality software
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain application performance and reliability
• Document technical designs processes and updates for knowledge sharing and compliance
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging Java technologies and industry trends

• Design develop and implement Java based applications to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with product owners QA and DevOps teams to deliver features within Agile sprints
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality
• Optimize application performance and scalability through effective coding and architecture
• Mentor and support junior developers to foster skill development and team growth
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives
• Maintain version control and manage deployment pipelines in coordination with DevOps
