We’re looking for an experienced Java Developer to join our team and support critical business and technology initiatives.
💼 Employment: Full-Time (W2)
📍 Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Java-based applications and REST APIs.
- Lead development efforts and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Build and integrate systems across enterprise platforms and applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Support CI/CD, DevOps, and troubleshooting of production issues.
- Drive modernization and migration initiatives.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design and distributed systems.
- Experience with SQL and databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix environments and version control (Git).
- Proven experience leading development teams and enterprise-scale projects.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
