Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Project Manager to lead our development team in delivering high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Java backend development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and business analysts, to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress and potential risks.
• Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives, to ensure alignment and transparency among team members.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement in processes and practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficient in Java programming and backend development.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
