Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure Java-based applications
- Build robust backend services using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless system communication
- Collaborate with front-end developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Participate in system design discussions, architecture decisions, and code reviews
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and reliability
- Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and documentation
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to continuous improvement
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, J2EE
- Expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security)
- Solid experience in Microservices architecture
- Strong knowledge of REST API development and integration
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Exposure to Kafka or other messaging systems is a plus
- Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes is an added advantage
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in distributed systems
- Knowledge of performance tuning and scalability
- Exposure to DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
