Role Description

This is a W2 contract, on-site (Hybrid) role for a Java Developer located in Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Jersey City, NJ The Java Developer will be responsible for designing and developing software applications, implementing microservices architectures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Additional duties include writing clean, maintainable code, troubleshooting and debugging as needed, and maintaining compliance with software development best practices and standards. Qualifications

Proficiency in Java, Programming, and Software Development

Experience with Microservices architecture and integration

Knowledge of the Spring Framework and related libraries

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug and resolve issues promptly

Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Previous experience in the financial, healthcare, or e-commerce sectors is a plus
