Manager / Hiring Note

• This is a no-interview hire – offer will be extended directly
• The manager plans to roll out an offer by end of day tomorrow (may close sooner if the right fit is identified)
• Candidates must be ready to accept immediately (no delays/hold)
• There have already been 2 offer rejections, so commitment is critical
• Candidate must be able to work on W2 directly

Role Details

Client: Walmart

• Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite/week)
• Duration: One month contract till 4/30, then extension every three months until January 2027
• Rate: $65/hr to candidate (+ $5 margin)

Candidate Profile

• Looking for Staff-level Engineer (very strong profile)
• FAANG / MANGO / Magnificent 7 experience preferred

Must-Have Requirement (Very Important)

• Strong ecommerce checkout experience (mandatory)
• Not just retail — checkout experience is key
