Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to designing, developing, and delivering applications across multiple platforms.
• Write clean, secure, testable code aligned with modern engineering best practices.
• Participate in inclusive, constructive code reviews promoting shared learning.
• Build Proof‑of‑Concepts and reusable components to support innovation and faster delivery.
• Collaborate with architects and maintain detailed system and design documentation.
• Work closely with global engineering teams in a respectful, outcome‑driven environment.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Bamboo, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Create and maintain automated unit tests to ensure high‑quality releases.
• Engage actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to a positive, growth‑focused team culture.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience (degree preferred or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of hands‑on Java development with strong emphasis on clean code and maintainability.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MongoDB).
• Proficiency with Spring / Spring Boot.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices (cloud experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD tools such as Bamboo, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, or Travis CI.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and messaging tools (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like JUnit.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills within an Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools to enhance code quality, automation, or development speed.
• Familiarity with cloud‑native platforms or container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to monitoring/performance tools like Grafana, Splunk, DataDog, AppDynamics.
• Experience with TDD, BDD, Cucumber, or Selenium frameworks.
• Front‑end development familiarity with Angular or React.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication and collaboration skills.
