Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 8+
Strong experience in Java application support and debugging.
SQL for data extraction and reporting.
Resolve production issues and perform root cause analysis through Java code walkthroughs.
SQL queries to generate and analyze operational reports.
Manage and resolve support tickets within defined SLAs.
Participate in incident management, including triage, escalation, and communication with stakeholders.
