They are looking for mid-to-senior-level Full Stack and Backend Engineers for product teams. Engineers will be embedded in product teams, working alongside Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and other team members to deliver solutions in a hybrid technology ecosystem. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Java (Spring) for backend and React (or equivalent frameworks) for frontend.
• Work within a hybrid infrastructure including IBM WebSphere (on-prem) and OCP (OpenShift on AWS, containerized).
• system design and architecture discussions, influencing direction and ensuring solutions are scalable to millions of customers.
• Work directly with Engineering Managers and Product Owners to identify improvements and implement technical solutions.
• Communicate effectively across teams, providing clear updates at both engineering and director levels. Skills
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Java (Spring framework) and backend services.
• Experience with full-stack development, particularly React (preferred) or other modern front-end frameworks.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization (OCP/OpenShift, Kubernetes).
• Exp in hybrid environments (on-premise WebSphere + cloud-native applications).
• Background in financial services, fintech, or banking.
• Familiarity with Agile product teams and DevOps practices.
