Requirements
Must have:
- We need at least 5 years of software engineering experience.
- We require strong proficiency in Core Java and practical working knowledge of Python.
- We look for hands-on experience with AI agent development or integration, including autonomous, conversational, or task-oriented agents.
- We expect a solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals such as supervised and unsupervised learning, training, fine-tuning, transfer learning, embeddings, validation, evaluation, and deployment.
- We prefer familiarity with Java-based machine learning tools such as Deeplearning4j, Weka, or Apache Mahout.
- We value exposure to Python ML and agent ecosystems such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain.
- We require experience with data preparation and feature engineering across structured and unstructured data.
- We need strong object-oriented programming skills, design pattern knowledge, Git experience, unit testing capability, and debugging proficiency.
- We expect familiarity with CI/CD workflows and Agile delivery.
- We require candidates who do not need sponsorship now or in the future.
- We prefer applicants who can work in Addison, TX on a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 onsite days per week.

Responsibilities:
- We design, develop, and deploy AI agents that support autonomous decision-making and task execution.
- We build resilient services and APIs using Core Java and Spring Boot.
- We collaborate with cross-functional partners to connect agents with data sources and external systems.
- We apply machine learning fundamentals to train, assess, and release models that support agent behavior.
- We implement CI/CD, unit testing, and debugging practices to maintain quality and reliability.
- We participate in the interview and onboarding process, including onsite and video interviews, with a target start in July.
