Role Overview

Next Gen Software Solutions LLC is hiring a Senior Java Full Stack Developer to embed with a leading enterprise financial technology client. This is a hands-on, full-time onsite role in Berkeley Heights, NJ, focused on delivering scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise-grade systems.

The ideal candidate brings not only deep Java expertise, but also direct fintech experience—understanding the rigor of regulated environments, transaction integrity, and complex data workflows typical of institutions like core banking and payment systems providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build secure microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
• Develop intuitive frontends using Angular 11+, ReactJS, Node.js, and Core JavaScript
• Optimize for performance, concurrency, and high-availability in high-throughput systems
• Integrate with Oracle, DB2, MongoDB, and Snowflake for real-time and batch data flows
• Leverage Kafka, IBM MQ, or ActiveMQ for distributed messaging and event-based processing
• Implement DevOps best practices using Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Collaborate closely in Agile teams, using Jira, Confluence, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines
