We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 7 8 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend expertise in Java and microservices architecture along with frontend development experience using React. Candidates currently based in or near Chicago are highly preferred as the interview process will include an in-person round.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based full stack applications.
• Build and implement microservices architecture using Spring Boot.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for enterprise-level applications.
• Work with Apache Kafka for event-driven architecture and messaging.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using React.
• Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (Azure preferred).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, product managers, and QA teams.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.

Required Skills

• 7 8 years of experience in Java development.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
• Experience with React.js for frontend development.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and backend integration.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development tools.
