Role Description This Java Fullstack Developer + ReactJS role is a contract, on-site position based in Phoenix, AZ. The developer will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications, implementing robust Java-based back-end services and responsive ReactJS front-end interfaces. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, integrating APIs, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product owners, QA, and UX/UI designers.

The role also involves troubleshooting issues, participating in code reviews, and contributing to technical design discussions to ensure scalable and secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Back-End Web Development skills, including Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and database integration.
• Candidates should possess solid Front-End Development skills, including ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Candidates should possess Software Development and Full-Stack Development skills, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and end-to-end application integration.
• Experience with modern build and tooling ecosystems (e.g., Maven/Gradle, Webpack, Git, CI/CD pipelines) is beneficial.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
