We are seeking a strong Kotlin Backend Developer with hands-on experience in building scalable REST APIs and microservices. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in backend development using Kotlin and Java, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and demonstrate emerging leadership capabilities.
Primary Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Kotlin backend development.
- Proven experience in building REST APIs and Microservices.
- Good proficiency in Java backend development.
- Strong understanding of backend system design and architecture.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership.
Preferred Skills
- Basic experience to frontend/mobile (Android with Kotlin) is a plus (not mandatory).
- Experience or knowledge in MDM (Mobile Device Management) is a plus.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is added advantage.

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Kotlin.
- Build scalable and high-performance REST APIs and microservices architectures.
- Develop and maintain backend systems using Java where required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver solutions.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of applications.
- Participate in design discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and support coordination across teams.
