Java / Java Full Stack Developer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Java / Java Full Stack Developer (Mid‑Level, Senior, or Lead) to support enterprise‑level application development for a leading financial services client. The ideal candidate will have strong backend Java expertise with exposure to modern frontend frameworks and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java‑based applications
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and integrate with internal/external systems
• Develop and enhance microservices using Spring Boot
• Collaborate with frontend teams using Angular and/or React
• Write complex SQL queries and work with relational databases
• Work with SSIS packages for data integration and transformation
• Deploy and support applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Follow enterprise standards for security, compliance, and best practices
• Mentor junior developers (Senior/Lead roles)

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Java development
• Hands‑on experience with Spring Boot
• Frontend experience with Angular and/or React
• Expertise in REST API development
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience working with SSIS
• Database experience with Oracle and/or MySQL
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in financial services or large enterprise environments
• Microservices architecture experience
• CI/CD pipeline and DevOps exposure
• Lead experience guiding teams and technical decisions
