• *Key Responsibilities**

Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise applications using Java and Microservices architecture

Lead moderately complex technical initiatives and provide guidance to team members

Develop RESTful services and integrate messaging platforms such as Kafka and JMS

Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues

Participate in large-scale application transformation and modernization initiatives

Contribute to application monitoring and observability using tools like Splunk and Grafana

• *Required Qualifications**

8+ years of Software Engineering experience with Java/J2EE

Strong experience building Microservices-based applications

Hands-on experience with Kafka / Confluent messaging platforms

Experience working with MongoDB and distributed systems

Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud deployments

Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk or Grafana

Strong understanding of middleware concepts such as transactions, integration, load balancing, and messaging

Banking or Payments domain experience

Knowledge of ISO payment messaging standards

Agile development experience
