Java React Full-Stack developer

• *Java Full Stack and React Developer**

who can design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using

• *Java/J2EE, Spring (Spring Boot/MVC), Microservices, and React JS**

on the front end. The ideal candidate has strong fundamentals in

• *Core Java, experience with databases and PL/SQL**

, and is comfortable working across the stack—API, services, UI, and DevOps basics (GitHub). In the role of Technology Lead, you will be a technology professional adding value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages. You will create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans; and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan. • *Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance or willing to relocate to Princeton, NJ or willing to relocate to either of these locations. This position may require travel in the US.

• Experience in Core Java (17+) OOP, collections, streams, concurrency, exception handling.
• Experience in Java/J2EE & Spring, Spring Boot, acceptable/valued for legacy migrations.
• Microservices: REST API design, inter-service communication, resilience patterns, pagination, error handling.
• Front-end: React JS (functional components, hooks, basic state management, routing), HTML5/CSS3, JSPs.
• Database & PL/SQL: Strong SQL; exposure to any one RDBMS is mandatory (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server).
• Version Control: Git/GitHub—branching strategies, PR reviews, merge conflict resolution.
• Testing: JUnit/Mockito (or similar), basic API testing (Postman/RestAssured).
• Experience in GitHub CoPilot
• *Preferred Qualifications
• Apply secure coding practices and compliance standards, especially relevant to banking and financial applications.
• Work closely with offshore team in global delivery model
• Experience in banking or financial services, with understanding of Fraud detection and prevention area.
• Strong analytical, oral, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Self-learner with effective time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective solutions
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
