FedTec is looking for a Java Software Developer to develop, implement, and sustain IT solutions and to help internal and external customers meet their mission goals and objectives.

Location: Remote

Clearance: Public Trust

Responsibilities:

4+ years of Java Development experience on Java 8+ with a solid understanding of Object-Oriented design programming.
Experience with Oracle ADF and Unix/Linux scrioting required.
At least 3 years of programmer experience with JBoss Enterprise Application Platform development experience
At least 3 years of Programmer experience with Java/JEE experience
Experience with Java, J2EE, JBOSS, Spring, XSL/XSLT, SOAP Web Services, Hibernate, JPA, Maven, Git, Eclipse, and Oracle databases.
Proficient in developing, testing, and debugging SOAP web services.
Work with external development teams throughout the software life cycle, ensuring sustainable software releases.
Provide technical support for an application developed in Java and Oracle SQL.
Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and communication skills in enterprise-grade applications.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues reported by end-users
Monitor and maintain the application, ensuring its optimal performance and availability
Familiarity with databases and able to write SQL queries

Qualifications:

4-5 years of experience
Education: Bachelors in Comp Sc or related field.
