Job Description:
- Need a hands on Spring boot + Java 8 service developer with some PostgreSQL/Mongo experience.
- Must have built lot of REST services and not just consumed those in the application.
- Need someone having GCP/AWS experience along with traditional on prem app server installation.
- Work with Business / System analysts to understand requirements.
- Work with Development, Integration and Web administration team to develop the detailed design.
- Participate in everyday scrum, part of agile process.
- Come up with QA functional and performance test plan.
- Work with Enterprise Architecture team to align with standards and technologies.
- Create Deployment / Cut-over plan for production deployments, as part of Dev-Ops process.
- 5-6 years Java , 2 + years of Spring. 1 + year of Spring Boot &Java 8.
- Framework of Spring Boot 2 o Spring v.4 or v.5 o Spring Modules.
Need to have Skills:
- Cloud , JPA , Security , Rest Template , MVC Batch , JMS , Sluith, Spring Modules.
Good to have Skills:
- REST docs, Actuator o Unit testing - TestNG / Junit / Mockito
- WebServices, RESTful - Spring REST , REST Security - OAuth, OpenID (any security framework for REST) , Swagger / Spring Rest docs
- Database, PostgreSQL, Mongo, Hibernate, Spring data JPA, Liquibase Scripting
- General, Maven/Gradel, Docker, Google Cloud / AWS, Kubernetes, Build Deployment + CI/CD with Jenkins, MQ / Kafka / WMB - Either of those will be good, Logging , Elastic , Stack Driver
