Java Software Engineer

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications, or related technical field.
• 6 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong frontend experience: React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Strong backend experience: Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate/JPA.
• Proven experience designing and building RESTful APIs.
• Database expertise with SQL Server and MongoDB.
• Proficiency with Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker.
• Demonstrated ability to independently deliver large, complex solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

• Hands-on experience with graph databases (Neo4j, Aura).
• Experience designing knowledge graphs or relationship-driven models.
• Exposure to AI or GenAI-enabled applications and data platforms.
• Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and enterprise observability tools.
• Background supporting large-scale consumer or data platform environments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering.
• Lead design sessions, POCs, and high-impact technical workstreams.
