Java Software Engineer

Job Description

Looking for a skilled Java Software Engineer to build and maintain Spring Boot API services and integrate financial systems using Apache Camel XML DSL.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Java 17+
• Spring Boot 3.x+
• Apache Camel 3.x+ with XML DSL (Mandatory)
• SOAP, REST & GraphQL API integrations
• Hibernate/JPA
• XML/JSON, JAXB, XSLT & XPath
• Maven, Git & Docker

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Apache Camel XML DSL routes.
• Build and integrate SOAP, REST, and GraphQL APIs.
• Perform XML/JSON transformations and automated integration testing.
• Support API documentation, upgrades, and CI/CD deployments.
• Senior candidates will lead integration design, code reviews, and mentoring.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Java development experience (6+ years for Senior).
• 2+ years of hands-on Apache Camel XML DSL experience.
• 2+ years of production experience with Spring Boot 3.x+ and Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience integrating financial or core banking systems.
• Strong XML/JSON processing and integration testing skills.
