SW Engineers who can take a Design/Dev Lead role (lead a small development team, do design and technical meetings independently).
Primary skills – Java UI/Server side, WebServices Soap and REST, Oracle, WebSphere, DB and App Design. Also helpful if he/she knows or can quickly pick up other technologies like MQ, Angular JS, IBM Msg Broker / WMB.
Effective communication and technical collaboration skills will be helpful.
