We're looking for experienced JavaScript developers to evaluate and improve AI-generated code — ensuring it's correct, efficient, and written to the standards real engineers expect. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role.
No AI background needed — just deep JavaScript knowledge and a sharp eye for code quality.
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Review and evaluate AI-generated JavaScript code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to modern ES6+ standards
Write high-quality JavaScript solutions to problems spanning a range of difficulty levels
Craft clear, human-readable explanations of code logic and problem-solving approaches
Identify edge cases, bugs, and failure points in AI-generated web and backend code
Provide structured, actionable feedback that directly improves how AI models write and reason about code
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule Who You Are Deep familiarity with core JavaScript concepts — async/await, closures, prototypal inheritance, DOM manipulation, and more
3–5 years of hands-on experience with modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, or Vue
Comfortable writing clean, well-reasoned code and explaining your thinking clearly in writing
Naturally detail-oriented with a systematic approach to spotting what's wrong and why
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred Nice to Have Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training or evaluation projects
Familiarity with TypeScript or other JavaScript-adjacent technologies
Background in code review, technical writing, or software quality assurance
