About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Developer with 6-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining reusable UI components and front-end libraries that support scalable development initiatives. Your expertise will be pivotal in converting UI/UX designs from tools like Figma or Adobe XD into high-quality, production-ready code. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end applications with REST APIs and backend services, optimizing performance, speed, and scalability. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, responsive design concepts, and experience working on AEM-based projects. You will participate actively in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and sprint planning, contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes. Your troubleshooting skills will be essential to resolve front-end issues promptly, ensuring smooth application functionality and an excellent user experience.

Qualifications 6-8 years of professional experience in front-end development.

Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environments and projects.

Proficiency in converting UI/UX designs from Figma or Adobe XD into functional code.

Strong understanding of responsive design and UI/UX principles.

Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks/libraries.

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain reusable UI components and front-end libraries to support scalable and efficient development processes.

Translate detailed UI/UX designs from Figma or Adobe XD into high-quality, responsive, and accessible code.

Integrate front-end applications seamlessly with REST APIs and backend services, ensuring optimal performance.

Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and scalability across different devices and browsers.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best development practices and standards.

Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies to foster continuous improvement.

Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues promptly to maintain smooth application functionality and user satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with backend teams to ensure API integrations meet project requirements and standards.
