About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing innovative software solutions aimed at enhancing web accessibility for individuals with disabilities.

You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications from scratch, ensuring they are responsive, user-friendly, and compliant with accessibility standards. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features that significantly improve how users with disabilities navigate the internet. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by contributing to products that promote inclusivity and equal access to digital content.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development, with a strong proficiency in JavaScript and related frameworks.

Essential qualifications include expertise in HTML5, CSS, Node.js, and React (preferably React).

Experience with responsive and adaptive web design is required, along with a solid understanding of designing interfaces for various devices such as desktops, tablets, and mobiles. Candidates should have working knowledge of database technologies including MySQL and SQL Server, with experience in writing stored procedures, views, and user-defined functions. Familiarity with source control systems like Git is essential.

Strong UI/UX skills, with a focus on pixel-perfect design and user interaction, are highly valued. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities are critical for success in this role.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in accessibility and web development.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and project milestones.
• Assist in deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, utilizing serverless computing when applicable.
