Junior Java Developer

We have a multiple for for Junior Java Developer role in Dallas, Texas location.

Title: Java Developer

Location: Dallas, TX

Contract: Full time/Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based applications.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Spring MVC frameworks.
• Implement business logic and backend services following clean architecture principles.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas.
• Work with microservices architecture and integrate services using REST/JSON.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and QA teams.
• Implement security best practices including authentication and authorization (JWT/OAuth).
• Write unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• *Required Skills**
• Strong experience in Core Java (Java 8 or above)
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA
• Experience with RESTful Web Services
• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture
• Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
• Understanding of Hibernate / JPA
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems
• Experience with Maven or Gradle
• Good understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and multithreading
