- Assist in bridging the gap between candidates technical skills and employer expectations - Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the job application process - Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and find suitable candidates - Facilitate interviews and job offers to increase candidates chances of employment - Help candidates enhance their resumes to stand out to employers - Offer resources and training to prepare candidates for real-world job scenarios - Support candidates in filing for STEM extensions and H-1B or Green Card applications - Organize events and workshops to promote skill-building and networking opportunities
