Junior Software Developer (Java, Python)

Requirements

Must have:

- Bachelors Degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or equivalent experience - 2 years of development experience in .NET Core using Visual Studio 2019 - Proficient in Visual Studio, C#, JavaScript, database management, .NET Core framework, and DevExpress - Demonstrated skills in troubleshooting within software development - Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and writing SQL queries - Ability to provide superior client service and resolve issues promptly - Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in team settings - Strong attention to detail and emphasis on quality - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with varied stakeholders - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet accountability standards - Well-organized with minimal supervision - Diplomacy and tact in handling sensitive information - Enthusiastic and positive demeanor - Willingness to address occasional after-hours responsibilities (site upgrades, troubleshooting, etc.)

Responsibilities:

- Support the development, deployment, testing, and ongoing maintenance of customized applications - Stay updated with development tools such as Visual Studio, Teamwork, and DevExpress - Offer second-level application support for Premier One-developed applications - Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer for colleagues - Foster positive relationships with clients and team members - Undertake additional tasks as needed for the team
