Brooksource is looking to bring on a small team of recent college grads as the newest additions to a Fortune 1000 client in Jacksonville, FL! This team will be joining an exciting collaborative team of young Software Engineers who are spearheading some of the organization’s top development initiatives as part of Brooksource’s Elevate Program.

Elevate is Brooksource’s national associate-level consulting program helping clients rejuvenate their workforce with a new wave of talent. Launched in 2000, we provide training to associates, ensuring a seamless transition and continued progression as they acclimate into a professional environment. Elevate aids in creating an organizational pipeline of future leaders and improving company culture.

In this role, you will have the ability to work with Architects, AppDev teams and gain exposure to some of the newest technologies on the market! This opportunity provides high-level visibility and upward mobility as you’d be working with talented mentors at an industry-leading client. Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or related Information Technology area of study
• Hands-on experience, education, and/or knowledge with the following technologies: Python, Java, Angular, Typescript, and AWS
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including exposure to Agile methodologies and version control practices
• Familiarity with application logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting practices to ensure reliable and maintainable software
• Interest or experience in using AI tools and frameworks to enhance development or automation
• Initiative to learn new technologies and adapt quickly in a collaborative environment

If you are currently a senior studying Computer Science (or related Information Technology area of study) or recently graduated from a University/Coding Bootcamp with:

• Affinity for all things IT!
• A graduation date in the Fall or Spring of 2025/2026
• The ability to work or relocate to Jacksonville, FL
• The ability to provide your own transportation to/from work every day
• Authorization to work in the United States and WILL NOT require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
