The candidate should be capable of ensuring applications are stable, scalable, performant, and secure across environments.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools is required, with the ability to leverage these tools to improve development productivity, code quality, and testing efficiency.
The candidate is expected to collaborate closely with business stakeholders, UX/UI teams, and senior engineers to refine requirements and deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global environment is essential.
Exposure to data and BI tools (such as Databricks, Power BI, or similar) is considered a plus, with the ability to support analytics-driven insights where needed.
