Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Full Stack Developer to support the delivery of client projects from concept to completion. In this role, you’ll collaborate with designers, senior developers, and stakeholders to build, test, and deploy web applications tailored to client needs.

Your responsibilities will include contributing to development plans, implementing features across the stack, maintaining performance and security standards, and assisting in translating client requirements into intuitive user experiences. You’ll work on a variety of projects, gaining exposure to different industries, technologies, and problem spaces while helping deliver polished, reliable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Devise, implement, and execute development strategies for client projects.
• Conduct rigorous testing of new and existing features to ensure optimal performance.
• Scale up web servers and fortify security measures for a robust user experience.
• Drive UX design efforts to enhance user interaction and satisfaction.
• Implement a spectrum of features, ranging from substantial functionalities to nuanced elements.

Requirements

• Proficiency in HTML/JS and backend languages (e.g., PHP, Node JS).
• Experience with MS-SQL or equivalent SQL languages.
• Prior exposure to fast-paced coding environments.
• Demonstrable teamwork coupled with self-sufficiency.
• Trusted for critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Full stack development expertise.
