Junior Software Engineer

Prana Tree seeks a Junior Software Engineer to support the deployment and maintenance of advanced AI systems, including agentic platforms. This entry-level role focuses on hands-on coding and deployment tasks to help scale AI solutions for enterprise clients, in a field evolving weekly with new advancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in deploying AI models and applications using Python, PyTorch, and frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph on AWS infrastructure.
• Build and test data pipelines for AI systems, ensuring data quality, preprocessing, and integration with warehousing tools.
• Collaborate with senior teams to integrate AI copilots (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) into development workflows for efficient coding and deployment.
• Stay dynamic by rapidly learning and applying emerging AI developments, such as new models, protocols, and tech stacks, through our ongoing R&D.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with PyTorch for model handling.
• Experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda) for cloud deployment.
• Basic knowledge of LangChain or LangGraph for building AI agent workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to data engineering practices, including ETL processes, data quality checks, and warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
• Familiarity with AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor for accelerated development.
• Understanding of version control (Git), Docker/Kubernetes basics, and MLOps concepts for production AI.
