Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead AI Python Developer with 10+ years of software engineering experience and strong expertise in Python, AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud technologies . The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable AI solutions while working closely with engineering, data, and product teams.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in Python development , software engineering, and technical leadership.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python, FastAPI/Flask, REST APIs, Microservices , and distributed applications.
• Build and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn , and related frameworks.
• Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases , embeddings, and AI agents.
• Develop production-grade AI applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar LLM platforms .
• Design data and AI pipelines using Python, SQL, Spark/PySpark , and modern data platforms.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP , Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud-native application development.
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, evaluation, and optimization.
• Lead technical design, code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentor senior/junior developers.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Product Managers, and DevOps teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI security, responsible AI, scalability, performance optimization, and production deployment .
