The Tech Lead serves as the primary technical resource and advisor for the team, providing guidance, leadership, and oversight across development, issue resolution, and release activities. This role is responsible for offering technical direction, mentoring teammates, and ensuring high-quality delivery through hands-on coding, troubleshooting, and ownership of the application.Must Have Technical Skills Required (8-15 Years of Experience Required):
