About the roleWe are seeking a hands-on Lead .NET Developer to lead our development team while actively contributing to building high-quality applications.

The ideal candidate will design and implement RESTful APIs, work with SQL Server for database design and performance optimization, and deploy solutions on AWS.

They will conduct code reviews, mentor team members, troubleshoot complex applications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

This role offers the opportunity to combine technical leadership with hands-on development, delivering scalable and robust solutions.

General Expectation

• Lead and mentor a development team
• Hands-on development in .NET / C# / ASP.NET
• Design and implement RESTful APIs
• SQL Server database design, queries, and performance tuning
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS
• Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies

Optional:

Microservices, CI/CD, and DevOps knowledge

What is needed

• Strong .NET / C# / ASP.NET skills
• SQL Server expertise (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)
• API / Web API / REST services development
• AWS cloud experience
• Leadership and mentoring ability
• Agile/Scrum experience
• 5+ years of .NET development experience
• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field

• Optional: Microservices architecture, CI/CD, DevOps knowledge

Experience

• 5+ years of .NET development experience
• Hands-on experience with C# and ASP.NET
• Experience with SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)
• API / Web API / REST services development

• Leadership or team mentoring exposure
