that support patient engagement and improved health outcomes.

• Strong experience in
• *C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, and SQL Server

• Experience leading development teams and building
• *scalable enterprise applications and distributed systems**

• Hands-on experience with
• *Single Page Applications (Angular/React), message brokers, and API integrations**

.

• *Key Responsibilities
• Provide
• *technical leadership

for the Adherence Engineering Team.

• Design and develop
• *scalable, high-performance software architectures**

.

• Lead development from
• *architecture and design through deployment and support**

.

• Build
• *maintainable, well-tested applications with strong automation practices**

.

• Collaborate with
• *product and business teams**

to evolve patient engagement solutions.

• Mentor engineers and help
• *grow technical capabilities across the team**

• Ensure
• *code quality, testing standards, and engineering best practices**

.

• *Required Experience
• 3+ years of experience in a Technical Lead or Team Lead role**

.

• 5+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using .NET

.

• Strong expertise in
• *C#, .NET, and SQL Server**

.

• Experience building
• *service-based and distributed applications**

.

• Experience with:

ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core

Angular or React (SPA frameworks)

Message brokers (RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus)

Dependency Injection / IoC

Task scheduling frameworks (Quartz.NET or similar)

Third-party API integrations

Automated testing frameworks (MsTest, NUnit, xUnit)
